If you live or work in Bellevue and the Lake Washington area, you know that time is the ultimate luxury. Between the tech hubs of Downtown and the pace of life near in the Lake Washington area, most of us are used to high-efficiency service. But when it comes to healthcare—specifically your eyes—"efficient" has often become a code word for "rushed."

At C U Tomorrow Eyecare, we decided to break that cycle. As a woman-owned practice, we’ve reimagined what a visit to the eye doctor should feel like. We’ve traded the traditional, transactional eye exam for something far more personal: Concierge Optometry.

What is Concierge Optometry (and Why Do You Need It)?

Think of a standard eye exam as a quick check of your "filters." A concierge exam is a deep-dive into the "engine."

While a routine vision check might take 20 minutes, our concierge appointments at C U Tomorrow range from 60 to 120 minutes. Why so long? We are able to spend more time with the patients provide tests that are not part of the routine exams and our doctors will also be able to address more than one chief complaint.

We provide the luxury of time—time to talk, time to test, and time to actually understand your results.

The Technology Difference: Advanced Eyecare Diagnostics Available in Bellevue and Lake Washington Area

A Diagnostic Suite That Leaves Nothing to Chance

We’ve moved beyond the "basics" to give you a 360-degree map of your vision. A concierge exam with us includes a level of detail that traditional insurance-based exams simply don't have the time or equipment for:

  • Neurolens & Binocular Testing: If you struggle with symptoms of headaches and migraines, motion sickness, and other "computer vision syndrome" symptoms, we use specialized testing to see how your eyes work together. We look for the subtle misalignments that cause those end-of-day headaches and neck pain.

  • Medical-Grade Retinal Imaging: We don't just peek at the back of your eye; we take angio-fluorescence imaging to see all layers of retina and capture high-resolution images to track your health over time, screening for everything from macular degeneration to the ocular risks of certain medications.

  • Advanced Visual Fields: Most offices do a quick screening; we perform in-depth visual field testing to ensure there are no hidden "blind spots" in your peripheral vision.

  • The "Hidden" Metrics: We measure Contrast Sensitivity (how well you see in low light or fog) and Color Vision—vital for designers, pilots, or anyone who needs precision in their daily life.

  • Total Ocular Surface Evaluation: Using specialized Dry Eye testing and Meibography imaging, we analyze your tear film quality to find out if your discomfort is caused by chemistry, environment, or gland health.

Why this matters for you

By combining these tests into one comprehensive window of time, our doctors can connect dots that a 20-minute exam would miss. We aren't just giving you a prescription; we’re giving you a data-driven blueprint for your eyes.

Concierge Optometry FAQ: Real Questions. Real Answers.

"I’ve never been to your office. What do I actually need to bring?"

We like to keep the paperwork light so we can focus on your eyes. If you have a current pair of glasses or your contact lens boxes, bring them. It gives us a baseline. Other than that? You can fill out our online patient form, and bring your ID and any vision or medical insurance cards as a back up.

If you’re coming for a specific issue—like chronic dry eye or digital eye-strain fatigue—feel free to jot down a quick list of when your symptoms feel worst. It helps us hunt down the "why" faster.

"How long is this going to take? I have a busy day."

If you’re used to the 20-minute "in and out" shuffle, prepare for a change of pace. A true concierge exam takes between 60 and 120 minutes. We aren’t just checking if you need new glasses; we’re deep-diving into your eye health with advanced imaging that most offices don’t even have on-site. We value your time, so we won't leave you sitting in a waiting room, but once you’re in the chair, the clock is ours.

"What’s the deal with insurance? Do you take mine?"

Our concierge services are provided at a fixed rate of $350. Concierge services are not eligible for insurance benefits.

We accept insurance for our routine appointments and eligible hardware. Routine exam of 20-40 min without insurance is $220. Contact lens fitting fee is separate.

"I don’t have insurance. Is this going to break the bank?"

Our concierge services are provided at a fixed rate of $350. Routine exam of 20-40 min without insurance is $220.

Contact lens fitting fee is separate. Call our office for pricing and financing options.

"Should I get contacts or glasses? Or both?"

It’s not a binary choice anymore. We look at your lifestyle. Do you spend 10 hours a day staring at a MacBook? Are you skiing every weekend? We might suggest a high-end "workhorse" pair of glasses with blue-light protection for the office and daily-disposable contacts for your active time. We even offer Scleral lenses for people who were told they "couldn't wear contacts" because of dryness or irregular corneas.

"What if I hate my new glasses once I get home?"

It happens. Maybe the frame felt great in the boutique but pinches after a few hours of wear. If the fit isn't perfect or the prescription feels "off," come back in. We’ll adjust, repair, or find a new option for you until they feel right. We’re local—we’re here to make sure you actually love what you’re wearing.
